Below are the guidelines for submitting abstracts to be considered for inclusion in the scientific program of the congress. It is essential to strictly follow these instructions to ensure proper review and potential acceptance of the work.
FORMAT
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Letter: Arial 12, simple line spacing, side margins 2,5 cm
- Abstract Title: Bold, 15 words max (sentence type).
- Authors/Institutions: Unlimited number of authors: Surname, name(s) initials
- Superscript number affiliation of each author name.
- Affiliation: Department, Faculty, Institution, city, Country.
- Email of the corresponding author.
- Abstract structure: Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
- 300 words excluding title and authors.
- 3 Keywords: 1-3 words each.
- Funding: Acknowledge any funding of the study.
- Preferred type of presentation: oral – poster
Abstract evaluation considerations:
- All ethical considerations for the study must be approved.
- Each submitted abstract will be scored according to originality, relevance, impact in the field, and
methodological quality. A limited amount of the accepted abstracts will be chosen for oral
presentation. - Abstracts cannot contain data previously presented at another meeting nor contain data already
accepted for publication in any online or PubMed-indexed journal at the time of abstract
submission.
Proposals must be uploaded in our web page, by November 14th with all necessary information.
