Poster Presentations

Poster Sessions

  • Session 1: Tuesday, April 7 | 16:00–17:30
  • Session 2: Wednesday, April 8 | 16:00–17:30

General Instructions

  • Posters must be printed in vertical format (portrait).
  • Recommended maximum size: 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height).
  • Posters should include: Title, authors, affiliations, introduction, objectives, methods, results, conclusions, and funding (if applicable).
  • The presenting author must be present at their poster during the assigned session time.
  • Posters should be mounted in the morning of the assigned day and removed at the end of the session.

Oral Sessions

  • Session 1: Monday, April 6 | 16:30–18:00
  • Session 2: Wednesday, April 8 | 14:30–16:00

Format

  • Maximum 10 minutes per presentation (strictly enforced).
  • Sessions will include 7 presentations each.
  • We recommend preparing a presentation of 8 minutes, allowing 2 minutes for questions.
  • Presentations must be prepared in PowerPoint (16:9 format).
  • Speakers must upload their presentation at least 2 hours before the session in the audiovisual room.

Please adhere strictly to timing to ensure fairness and smooth session flow.

Guidelines for Symposium Speakers

We are grateful for your participation in the Scientific Symposia of SLIMP 2026. Each symposium has been proposed and organized by invited researchers, and we thank you for contributing to this high-level scientific program.

  1. Symposium Format
  • Total duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes (90 minutes)
  • Each symposium includes 3 speakers (and in selected cases, 4 speakers).
  • Each presentation: 20–25 minutes maximum
  • Q&A session will take place at the end of all presentations (moderated by the symposium organizer).

To ensure smooth timing and fairness, speakers are kindly asked to strictly respect the allocated time.

  1. Presentation Format
  • Presentations must be prepared in PowerPoint (16:9 format).
  • Please bring your presentation on a USB drive and upload it in the audiovisual room at least 2 hours before your session.
  • We recommend limiting slides to a number appropriate for a 20–25 minute talk.
  1. Language
  • Presentations may be delivered in English or Spanish, according to the preference defined by the symposium organizers.
  1. Dress Code
  • Formal or business attire is suggested, in keeping with the academic nature of the congress.
  1. Moderation
  • The symposium organizer will introduce speakers and moderate the final discussion.
